Nick founded Pure Property Finders based on his own negative experience of buying property. Whilst there is plenty of help available for people selling a property, property buyers are left to navigate their way through a time consuming and frustrating process with little help or direction. A former senior manager with international blue chip companies, Nick is now an entrepreneur in the truest sense of the word. He runs several companies, including the award-winning AgChem Access and the multi-award winning Pure Property Finders, and is a highly successful property investor in his own right. Cranfield trained, Nick possesses innate business acumen and encourages an innovative management culture within the team. He remains hand-on, meeting regularly with the team to drive business strategy and client service development.

Jonathan is Managing Director of Pure Property Finders. Norfolk born and educated, he spent time in the Royal Navy as an electronic engineer before taking up a career in the London property markets. Jonathan established his career in high end estate agencies, working his way quickly from a trainee to a senior negotiator before returning to his native Norfolk and a senior position with a top agent in their country house team. Promoted to partner in 2004, Jonathan’s knowledge and understanding of the Norfolk and Suffolk rural and coastal property markets is second to none. As Managing Director, Jonathan drives business strategy and daily activity within the business, whilst remaining at the coal face to manage client searches and negotiations.

James has extensive experience in the London and East Anglia property investment and rental search markets, gained through a successful career in estate agency, including a position as Area Director in a large multinational corporate.

James has advised on numerous property investment purchases, guiding investors to obtain rewarding yield and capital growth acquisitions. Having made a success of property investment both for him self and many other landlords and aspiring landlords, James fuses genuine passion and expertise together with an established and impressive contact list which includes estate and letting agents, developers and private sellers; a position that places James uniquely to assist and guide others in investment property search and purchase. James leaves no stone unturned to unearth the best possible opportunities for his clients and to negotiate the most favourable purchase price.

A university graduate in BSc (Hons) Land Management and a part qualified RICS surveyor, James has also gained his ARLA I and II qualifications and was a regional council member for ARLA.

Born in Norfolk and educated at Greshams, before studying Architectural Engineering at the University of Leeds, Will is a talented and determined search consultant. Uniting a real passion for all things property with a terrific approach to understanding and supporting his clients, Will combines all the elements of a dedicated and highly effective property finder. Hailing from a corporate estate agency background, Will has been exposed to both the high end residential and investment property markets across East Anglia, and has developed particular expertise in the North Norfolk, Suffolk coast and Cambridgeshire areas.

A formidable negotiator, Will is committed to sourcing the right properties for his clients, always ensuring that they win the best price and terms. His thorough approach to due diligence provides his clients with the assurance they need to give them complete confidence in their buying decisions.

Sharon manages the property investment searches for our seasoned investors and developers. Before joining the team, Sharon spent time in estate agency where she developed her excellent negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of Norfolk and Suffolk property. Prior to this Sharon worked within the financial services sector where she thrived on the demands set by a busy market and where priority was firmly set on delivering exceptional client care.

Sharon’s ability to unite property and financial expertise, as well as excellent client management talent makes her a highly effective, resourceful and dedicated search consultant. Her commitment to ensuring that purchasers receive invaluable and impartial guidance coupled with a first class service provides a recipe for success for all her clients.

Amy is the back bone of our head office operations. After studying travel and tourism, Amy spent five years in the travel industry before launching her career in property. Working in a service industry where the emphasis is on client care and matching services to the personal needs of clients has fuelled Amy’s naturally driven desire to deliver the highest standards of client care across every facet of the business. After working for an independent estate agent, Amy joined Pure Property Finders as an administrator before being promoted to Search and Operations Assistant. Amy is often the first point of contact for clients and works closely with the Search Consultants to manage the flow of information and to ensure efficient communication.

Kelly grew up on the south coast and studied Literature at University before embarking on a marketing career. She spent six years working for a well known City law firm before joining Portman Building Society (now Nationwide) where she led the customer communication strategy to over 1 million members. In 2006, Kelly moved to Norwich to set up Elm Hill Brasserie, a thriving city centre restaurant. Leaving the day-to-day running of the restaurant in the capable hands of her partner, she returned to marketing in 2007.

Kelly now directs strategic and operational marketing for the business. Uniting exceptional commercial experience with an entrepreneurial and innovative style, Kelly applies a fresh and forward-thinking approach to managing the brand, public relations, business development and client communications of the company.

Alan comes from an impressive business and commercial background of international brokering and event management, where his focus has been on meeting client needs and negotiating to achieve the best outcome for them. Having held a life-long passion for property and an excellent personal understanding of the workings of the property market, Alan made a career change to property search and consulting. He brings exceptional value to Pure Property Finders and our clients, sharing his wealth of contacts, knowledge of the region and his natural ability to realise client needs and deliver the highest standards of service.

Madeleine works closely with Alan Deayton to source and acquire property for clients buying in the Home Counties. With exceptional knowledge of East and West Sussex, Surrey and Kent, Madeleine fuses estate agency and client service experience with a passion for property purchase and confident negotiation.

A genuine people person, Madeleine’s clients benefit from her ability to quickly interpret their needs and her detailed knowledge the areas in which she operates.

Born in Nottingham, Paul has over twenty years experience in the East Midlands property market. A qualified member of The Royal Chartered Surveyors since 1986, Paul’s expertise spans both residential and commercial property. Uniting exceptional wisdom of properties, depth of knowledge about local areas within the region and an impressive list of contact, Paul lends truly professional insight and good judgement to his clients.

Having acted for major businesses with the region, Paul is equally at home working with corporate clients on single and multiple relocations as he is one on one with his private clients.

Since 2000, Paul has successfully managed his own surveying practice in Derby. He made the switch to searching and consulting for property buyers in 2008, and is a welcome addition to the Pure Property Finders team.

Working closely with Paul Mills to source and acquire property for clients buying in the East Midlands, Jane has a strong background in both chartered surveying and estate agency. Having stepped away from property for a short while, Jane has been tempted back by her passion for property buying and her genuine interest in family, home and the county in which she lives.
